Dear first-year student!
TTÜ Student Campus aims to provide you the best accommodation during your studies!
Most of our houses are situated in TTÜ Campus, near the university buildings. Siidisaba 7 house is the only one that is closer to mid-town, in Kristiine district.
All the houses have different apartment and room types, available services include laundry houses and parking places for cars and bicycles.
There has been considerable interest in TTÜ student housing this academic year. We have received more applications than we have vacant places and by now, all places have been given out.
NB! We strongly advise you to choose the room type as „one place in a shared room“. Single rooms and private flats have very long waiting lists and you will not be able to get a room for September.
Students of TTÜ Open University, prep-year students or students from other universities will be offered accommodation only if there are free places and no waiting list during the new accommodation period.
We accept applications for housing and make offers for vacant places all year round. Thus, we suggest those who did not receive a housing offer, to find an alternative accommodation for 2-3 months at the beginning of the semester. You can find more information about off-campus housing here >>
Places in TTÜ Student Campus houses will become available also during the semester and we continue to make offers to applicants on the waiting list. Applications are valid for 60 days, so please do not forget to extend them on time. You can find more information about applications here >>
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email us at campus at campusttu dot ee.
For getting a place in TTÜ Student Campus, you need to start by submitting your accommodation application through e-Campus system. You can submit one application at a time and choose maximum of two houses as your preference. You can check our dormitories here >>.
After you have submitted your application, our system will create you an user account in e-Campus. Necessary User ID and password will be automatically sent to your email, so please make sure that the e-mail you provided in the application is a correct one. If you have lost your password or cannot log-in, please do not try to create a new account. Just send us an email about your problem and we are happy to help you log-in again.
All applications are registered in the order in which they are received (i.e. date and time). You need to extend your application in every 60 days, otherwise it will become invalid and you will lose your place in the waiting list.
We will also cancel all applications that have received two housing offers, which have been rejected.
You can be sure that we have received your application when you see the queue number of your application in e-Campus. Housing offer will be sent to your email according to the waiting list.
We will also consider the moving in date when making offers. In short, if we have two applications that are made on the same day, we will first make the offer to a person who wants to move in earlier.
All places for International Students are filled!
We suggest those who did not receive a housing offer, to find an alternative accommodation for 2-3 months at the beginning of the semester. You can find more information about off-campus housing here >>
