Akadeemia 5 dormitory was built in 1964 and renovated in 2001. It has 5 floors.
Apartments consist of two furnished rooms, a kitchenette, shower and a toilet. Most rooms are meant for two people, so 4 people per apartment, but there are also single rooms. Kitchens are furnished with basic household appliances.
The building is covered by free Wi-Fi and there is a possibility for TV connection in the rooms.
On the 0-floor of the building there is a self-service laundry.
Rooms are furnished with elementary furniture but all other every day necessities (e.g. bed linen, blankets, pillows, pots-pans) have to be organized by the student.
