Meeting room rental
The Student Union manages two meeting rooms of the university, which are particularly meant for the students and student organisations in order to support their active participation in the student life.
The student organisations can use the room free of charge.
A rental price list applies for the structural units of the university and external parties. The university staff members can book the rooms for free if the rooms are used in less than a week. Specific terms and conditions also depend on the length and nature of the event.
On weekends, we rent rooms for external parties only in exceptional cases.
The rooms are equipped with a projector, flipchart, coat rack, and cupboards. The rooms were renovated in autumn 2011 and are located in the main building of the university in the near vicinity of the Assembly Hall and Student House.
